AI Engineer & Mobile Application Developer (Dual-Domain Role)

Location

Remote (India Preferred)

Compensation

₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in both Generative AI and Mobile Application Development. The ideal candidate should be capable of building AI-driven features and integrating them seamlessly into production-ready mobile applications.

Domain 1: Generative AI & Speech Engineering

Required Skills

• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI systems.

• Integration of AI APIs and development of AI-powered user experiences.

• Knowledge of Speech-to-Text (STT) technologies such as Whisper or Deepgram.

• Experience with Text-to-Speech (TTS) solutions such as ElevenLabs or Google WaveNet.

• Understanding of real-time audio processing and voice interactions.

• Familiarity with on-device AI technologies including TensorFlow Lite, MediaPipe, or ONNX Runtime.

• Experience with multimodal AI systems involving voice, text, image, or video inputs.

• Knowledge of AI-based feedback systems including posture analysis, facial expression recognition, eye-contact tracking, and communication assessment.

Domain 2: Mobile Application Development

Required Skills

• Strong experience in React Native or Flutter.

• Experience developing and maintaining production-level mobile applications.

• Knowledge of state management, application lifecycle management, and navigation frameworks.

• Experience integrating device features such as microphone, camera, notifications, and background services.

• Strong understanding of REST APIs, WebSockets, and secure authentication systems.

• Experience publishing applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Ability to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain code quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-powered features for the Ziqra platform.

• Build and maintain high-quality cross-platform mobile applications.

• Integrate speech, video, and AI technologies into user-facing products.

• Collaborate closely with founders and product teams.

• Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

• Ensure scalability, security, and performance of applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating AI and/or mobile development projects.

• Startup mindset with the ability to work independently.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
