About AITV

AITV is an AI Film Making Platform by Quantum AI Research that enables creators and production houses to transform stories and scripts into cinematic films using generative AI.

We are building workflows for creating high-quality, long-form AI movies, and we are looking for an AI Filmmaker / AI Video Production Specialist to join our remote team and work directly on the AITV platform.

Role Overview

You will work directly on AITV to create AI-generated movies, scenes, trailers and cinematic sequences from scripts.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI video generation platforms such as:

• Higgsfield
• Seedance
• Kling
• Runway
• Luma
• Other AI image/video generation tools

Your primary responsibility will be to create cinematic, character-consistent and continuous scenes throughout a movie.

Key Responsibilities -AI Movie Production

• Work directly on the AITV platform to create AI-generated films.
• Convert scripts into shots and scenes.
• Generate starting-frame images for scenes.
• Generate AI video clips from starting frames.
• Create cinematic sequences from multiple shots.
• Work on short films, trailers, web series and long-form movies.
• Iterate and refine AI-generated outputs to achieve high-quality results.

Character Consistency

Maintain consistent characters throughout the movie:

• Face and identity
• Hairstyle
• Clothing
• Body appearance
• Age
• Accessories
• Character visual style

Create and maintain character reference boards and use reference images and prompting techniques to maintain identity across scenes.

Scene & Story Continuity

Ensure continuity from shot to shot and scene to scene:

• Character appearance
• Costumes
• Location
• Props
• Lighting
• Time of day
• Character position
• Body movement
• Camera direction
• Emotional state
• Previous and next-shot actions

Every shot should feel like a natural continuation of the story.

Cinematic Storytelling

Create visually compelling shots using different cinematic techniques:

• Wide shots
• Medium shots
• Close-ups
• Extreme close-ups
• Over-the-shoulder shots
• Tracking shots
• Dolly movements
• Crane movements
• Low-angle / high-angle shots

Understand cinematography, composition, lighting and visual storytelling.

AI Prompt Engineering

• Create and refine prompts for AI image and video models.
• Understand the strengths and limitations of Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Runway and other models.
• Develop prompts for consistent characters and environments.
• Use reference images and camera instructions effectively.
• Experiment with different models and workflows to achieve the best output.
• Build repeatable AI filmmaking workflows for AITV.

Quality Control

Review every generated scene and identify:

• Face inconsistencies
• Costume changes
• Character identity problems
• Continuity errors
• Unnatural movements
• Camera inconsistencies
• Background problems
• Visual artifacts
• Lip-sync issues
• Storytelling problems

Regenerate and refine scenes where required.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience creating AI-generated videos.
• Practical experience with Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Runway or similar AI video tools.
• Strong understanding of character consistency.
• Strong understanding of scene continuity.
• Good knowledge of cinematography and visual storytelling.
• Strong prompt-writing and prompt-iteration skills.
• Ability to understand a script and convert it into visual shots.
• Strong attention to visual details.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good to Have

• Experience creating AI short films or trailers.
• Experience with long-form AI filmmaking.
• Experience with AI image-generation tools.
• Experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of VFX and compositing.
• Experience working with filmmakers, creators or production houses.
