Job Description
Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai – Onsite
Duration: 9 months
Start Date: ASAP
Product Area: Loans & Credit Cards
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and user-friendly digital experiences for loan and credit card products .
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Translate business and customer requirements into effective product experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, and other teams.
- Conduct or support user research, usability testing, and design validation.
- Ensure consistency with the bank’s design system and UX/UI standards.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design for digital products.
- Previous banking or financial services experience is mandatory , preferably working on loans, credit cards, or similar retail banking products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and modern UX/UI design practices.
- Good understanding of responsive design, user journeys, prototyping, and usability principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Must currently be available in the UAE and able to work onsite in Jebel Ali, Dubai .
- Ability to join ASAP is highly preferred.
