What you’ll do

• Create realistic reporting tasks using status reports and executive updates

• Write reference responses that show effective, standards-aligned military or federal reporting

• Evaluate AI-generated reports against clear grading guidelines and provide detailed written and verbal feedback

• Explain where reports fall short, including differences between Situation Reports and After-Action Reviews

• At least three years of relevant professional experience with the U.S. Department of Defense

• Experience producing recurring or templated military or federal reports under federal documentation standards

• Strong written and verbal communication about technical and operational subjects

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
