AI systems are trained and assessed with input from practicing circuit design engineers. The teams developing them need professionals who can pose realistic, challenging circuit problems, assess whether an AI solution satisfies the electrical and functional requirements, write the solution an experienced engineer would provide, and point out precisely where the reasoning or results go wrong. That professional judgment helps shape the next generation of engineering AI models. You can do this remotely alongside your current job.

What you’ll do

• Design, analyze and validate solutions for analog, digital, power, mixed-signal and RF circuits

• Start from electrical requirements and produce schematics, netlists and models, then define the hardware descriptions, constraints and simulation inputs needed for the work

• Use Python to automate simulations, generate inputs, run parameter sweeps and analyze results; apply the relevant simulation, synthesis and verification tools

• Assess AI-produced circuit solutions against analytical calculations and physical measurements, then write the reference answer and verification checks

Who this is for

• Graduate training at the MS or PhD level in Electrical Engineering or a related field; alternatively, a BS in Electrical Engineering plus relevant professional circuit design experience totaling 1 to 2 years

• Professional experience designing analog, digital, power, mixed-signal or RF circuits, including designs that were fabricated, integrated, shipped or taped out

• Practical proficiency with Python, plus hands-on use of an EDA, circuit simulation, PCB, HDL, synthesis or verification tool; the tool must support text-based, programmatic or command-line workflows

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
