What you’ll do

• Create prompts and source materials for Weekly Activity Reports and Situation Reports

• Write reference answers and grading guidelines for executive summaries and performance reports

• Produce realistic report materials that follow federal language, organization and document formats

• Review tests of AI summarization and reporting, then refine prompts and grading rubrics using feedback

Who this is for

• At least three years working for the U.S. Department of Defense as a service member, DoD civilian or supporting contractor

• Recurring experience writing Weekly Activity Reports, Situation Reports, executive summaries, performance reports or comparable updates

• Strong written and verbal English, with the judgment to assess AI-generated writing for accuracy, tone, structure, compliance and audience awareness

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
