Open Positions 1. Web Developer
Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications.
• Collaborate with designers, QA testers, and product teams.
• Build responsive and scalable front-end and back-end systems.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services.
• Ensure security, performance, and reliability of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Requirements

• Strong experience with modern web technologies.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Vue.js, Laravel, Node.js, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of databases and API development.
• Understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have

• Experience building EdTech, SaaS, or marketplace products.
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, etc.).

2. UI/UX Designer
Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product stakeholders.
• Maintain consistency across products and design systems.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience designing web and mobile applications.
• Excellent visual design and communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing educational technology platforms.
• Motion design and interaction design skills.

3. Quality Assurance (QA) Tester
Responsibilities

• Test web and mobile applications before release.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs.
• Verify fixes and ensure product quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to improve user experience.

Requirements

• Experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to document issues clearly and accurately.
• Understanding of manual testing processes.
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools.

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.

4. Marketing Strategist
Responsibilities

Pay: ₦250,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
