Job Description
• $80–$150 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• 20 or more hours a week, you choose when
Work on the cutting edge of legal AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the litigation judgment you already have.
The legal AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by practicing legal professionals. The teams building them need litigation attorneys who can work through realistic disputes and procedural questions, judge the accuracy and reasoning in AI responses, write the analysis and arguments a lawyer would give, and explain exactly where the response falls short. Your legal judgment becomes part of how the next generation of legal AI handles case analysis and strategy. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.
What you’ll do
• Work through simulated lawsuits and case scenarios: spot the issues, analyze the law and build persuasive arguments
• Judge AI answers on legal reasoning, accuracy and clarity, and on whether they follow the applicable procedure
• Write the improved legal analysis and arguments that a practicing attorney would give
• Develop grading criteria and evaluation frameworks that show where the AI’s case analysis falls short
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $80–$150 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier legal AI tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most litigation attorneys will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping legal practice, and the attorneys who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
Who this is for
• A J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• A current U.S. law license: active admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Active practice in litigation, bankruptcy, real estate, corporate law or compliance, with professional fluency in English
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $80–$150 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• 20 or more hours a week, you choose when; fully remote, United States
