About the Opportunity:

The FULL STACK ENGINEER, AI SYSTEMS role is responsible for building and maintaining end-to-end AI product features that integrate frontend, backend, and AI components. This position plays a key role in designing agent workflows that manage planning, failure, and recovery, ensuring robust and responsive AI interactions. The role contributes to improving the reliability and responsiveness of AI-driven systems, directly impacting the organization’s ability to deliver dependable AI experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop product features spanning frontend, backend, and AI integrations.
• Design agent workflows to handle planning, tool use, failure, and recovery over multiple steps.
• Integrate large language models, memory, and external tools into reliable systems.
• Implement real-time AI interactions with streaming and latency considerations.
• Enhance system reliability, observability, and fallback mechanisms.
• Collaborate with machine learning, backend, and product teams to deliver complete features.
• Iterate product features based on usage data and failure analysis.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in full stack engineering across frontend and backend.
• Required expertise in artificial intelligence.
• Solid understanding of system design and API architecture.
• Experience with large language models, retrieval-augmented generation systems, or AI-powered applications.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make pragmatic engineering decisions.
• Strong ownership and capability to deliver features from concept to production.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving requirements.
• Familiarity with technologies including AI, Anthropic, API, Docker, Kubernetes, Next.js, Node.js, NoSQL, OpenAI, Claude, Python, Pytorch, RAG systems, SQL.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• USD 140000 - USD 190000 yearly
