Network Telemetry Engineer LAN & Wi-Fi Observability

We are looking for an experienced Network Telemetry Engineer with 8+ years of enterprise networking experience, including 4+ years in network monitoring, telemetry, observability or automation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage network telemetry across LAN, Wi-Fi, NAC, DHCP/DNS and RADIUS environments.
• Work with SNMP, Syslog, NetFlow/IPFIX, Streaming Telemetry (gNMI/YANG) and REST APIs.
• Build dashboards and reports for network availability, performance, capacity, SLA/SLO and user experience.
• Develop event correlation, alerting, noise reduction and anomaly detection solutions.
• Integrate network monitoring/observability platforms with ITSM/SIEM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Support RCA, major incidents and proactive network assurance.
• Develop network health scores, KPIs and performance analytics.
• Automate monitoring, reporting, data collection and remediation using Python, Ansible, PowerShell or Go.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi, Switching, Routing, RF, Roaming, 802.1X and RADIUS.
• Hands-on experience with network monitoring, telemetry and observability.
• Experience with tools/platforms such as Splunk, Grafana/Prometheus, SolarWinds, SevOne, ThousandEyes, Cisco Catalyst Center, Aruba Central or Juniper Mist.
• Strong experience in Python-based automation, APIs, JSON and data-processing pipelines.
• Experience in dashboards, health scoring, KPI/SLA reporting and event correlation.
• Professional-level networking certification such as CCNP Enterprise, JNCIP-ENT, HPE Aruba professional-level certification or equivalent is required.
