Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Laravel, React, and MySQL. Own the technical roadmap for the LMS, ensuring adaptability to evolving business needs. Build and optimize RESTful APIs, backend services, and multi-tenant SaaS architectures. Oversee vendor transition and ensure smooth knowledge transfer from external suppliers. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams (tester, server administrator, and future developers). Collaborate with leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives. Establish coding standards, architecture guidelines, and best practices. Drive adoption of AI-first development practices to enhance productivity and innovation. Ensure system reliability, scalability, and security through proactive monitoring and upgrades. Act as the primary decision-maker for technology choices, infrastructure, and integrations.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
