Technical Content Writer

Role Overview

This position goes beyond general content writing. You will create technical content covering cloud migration architecture, SaaS management, AI governance, and cloud infrastructure. The role also involves optimizing content for traditional search engines as well as AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other generative search engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Write technical blog posts, whitepapers, solution guides, comparison pages, and case studies on cloud migration and SaaS management.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand content.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Apply SEO best practices, including keyword research, search intent, and on-page optimization.
• Optimize content for AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Maintain accuracy across product documentation, migration workflows, and platform comparisons.
• Update and improve existing content based on product enhancements and performance insights.
• Stay informed about emerging AI search trends and evolving content strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional content writing experience.
• Experience writing technical or B2B SaaS content.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, AI technologies, or enterprise software.
• Good knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
• Familiarity with AEO/GEO concepts or willingness to learn.
• Experience working with engineering or product teams.
• Portfolio containing technical writing samples.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cloud, IT, or enterprise software industries.
• Knowledge of SEO tools such as Semrush or Ahrefs.
• Basic understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience collaborating with solution architects or engineering teams.
