Role & responsibilities

1. Strong hands-on experience with the configuration, implementation and troubleshooting of

2. Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) and Access Points (APs).
3. Cisco Prime Infrastructure / DNA Center

4. Cisco ISE, RADIUS/AAA, 802.1X authentication

5. Deep understanding of:

6. Wi-Fi standards (802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax)
7. RF fundamentals, modulation, interference, roaming
8. Wireless security (WPA2/WPA3, 802.1X, EAP types)

9. Site survey tools like Ekahau, AirMagnet.

10. Manage installation of the new Wireless Access Points (Cisco)
11. Manage Wireless LAN technical issues through resolution
12. Identify and implement improvements to enhance wireless network performance
13. Should be ready to work in 24X7 Shifts
14. Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks with conflicting priorities

Preferred candidate profile

1. Good Knowledge & Hands on experience on Cisco WLCs.
2. ITIL Certification.
3. Technical Certifications such as Cisco CCNP Enterprise Wireless, Cisco CWNA/CWNP and Ekahau ESS Certification.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
5. Good communication and documentation skills.

Ability to lead during critical incidents.
