AI Product Builder & Business Development Associate

Job Description

Axon AI is a new startup building conversational AI products that make websites, resumes, presentations and business tools more intelligent and interactive.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with technology, AI tools and rapid product building. You do not need to be a traditional software engineer or write complex code from scratch.

The right person should be able to take clear direction, work with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or similar AI development platforms, and turn ideas into working products.

Examples of the type of work include building and improving products such as the Axon AI Interactive Resume, conversational websites, AI powered presentations, business tools and other new applications built around the Axon AI platform.

This role is not only technical. We are also looking for someone who is comfortable talking with potential customers, explaining the product clearly, helping generate sales and growing with the company.

What You Would Do

• Build and improve AI powered websites and digital products using modern AI development tools
• Follow detailed instructions and turn concepts into working products
• Use AI coding tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or similar platforms
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web platforms when needed, even if AI tools assist with most of the coding
• Test products, find problems and help improve the user experience
• Learn the Axon AI platform and help develop new applications
• Demonstrate Axon AI products to potential customers
• Help identify potential customers and business opportunities
• Assist with sales, outreach and customer follow up
• Grow into a larger role as the company develops

Compensation

Hourly or project based compensation to start, depending on experience, with the potential for increased responsibility, commissions and a larger long term role as Axon AI grows.

About Axon AI

Axon AI builds conversational artificial intelligence that can be integrated into websites and other digital experiences.

Instead of forcing users to search through pages, menus or traditional forms, Axon AI allows people to simply ask questions and interact naturally with the information.

One example is the Axon AI Interactive Resume, which allows an employer to ask questions about a candidate’s professional history rather than simply reading a static resume.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal person is somewhere between a technical builder and a salesperson.

You do not need to be a senior programmer.

You do need to be comfortable using AI tools to build things, learning quickly, following directions and helping turn new ideas into real products and customers.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with a new AI company, not simply complete one assignment and disappear.

Screening Question

For the salary field, I would not put a full time salary yet. Put something like:
