About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI Video Creator & Editor who has hands-on experience using generative AI tools to create realistic, cinematic, story-driven and advertising videos.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a simple concept, script, or storyboard and turn it into a visually compelling video using AI tools while maintaining realism, character consistency, visual continuity, and professional editing quality.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys experimenting with the latest AI video-generation tools and can combine AI-generated footage with strong storytelling and video-editing skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Create realistic AI-generated videos for stories, cinematic content, advertisements, social media and promotional campaigns.
• Generate AI characters and maintain consistent appearance, clothing, facial features and visual identity across multiple scenes.
• Create consistent environments, locations, objects and visual styles throughout a video.
• Convert scripts, ideas and storyboards into engaging visual sequences.
• Create cinematic scenes with appropriate camera movements, framing, lighting and composition.
• Use AI tools to generate images, videos, characters, voices and other visual elements.
• Edit and assemble AI-generated clips into polished final videos.
• Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, subtitles, transitions and other post-production elements.
• Fix common AI-generation issues such as inconsistent faces, hands, body movements, backgrounds and scene continuity.
• Create different video formats and aspect ratios, including 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1.
• Produce short-form content for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and TikTok.
• Create advertising videos that communicate a clear message and maintain viewer engagement.
• Continuously test and learn new AI video-generation and editing tools.

Required Skills

• Practical experience creating videos using AI / Generative AI tools.
• Strong understanding of AI video generation and AI image generation workflows.
• Experience creating realistic and cinematic AI videos.
• Strong ability to maintain character consistency across multiple scenes.
• Good understanding of storytelling, cinematography, camera angles and visual composition.
• Strong video editing skills.
• Ability to create videos from a script or concept without requiring detailed instructions for every scene.
• Good sense of pacing, music, sound design and visual storytelling.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and correct AI-generated visual inconsistencies.

You do not need experience with every tool. We are more interested in your ability to produce high-quality results and your understanding of AI video workflows.
