Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models for real business use cases.
- Build Generative AI applications using LLMs, including RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, fine-tuning and agent-based workflows.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, evaluation and inference.
- Deploy models as scalable APIs and services using MLOps best practices.
- Monitor model performance, detect drift, and retrain or optimize as needed.
- Evaluate and improve model accuracy, latency and cost.
- Integrate AI capabilities into existing products and enterprise systems.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings and semantic search.
- Ensure responsible AI practices: data privacy, security, bias checks and guardrails.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical design.
- Stay current with new AI tools, models and research.
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
