Senior Software Engineer

We’re expanding our global technology capability and looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can both build and lead. You’ll design and deliver high-performance solutions across our C#/.NET backend and React frontend, while mentoring engineers and potentially acting as Tech Lead for a Scrum team.

This is a hands-on role with real influence — you’ll shape architecture, raise engineering standards, and help drive continuous improvement in a modern Agile environment.

Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad

What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize scalable backend services in C#/.NET with AWS integrations (Lambda, RDS, OpenSearch)
• Build and maintain high-quality React applications focused on performance and user experience
• Develop robust, secure APIs (WebAPI / GraphQL) and drive technical decisions around geospatial data and mapping
• Act as Tech Lead within Scrum teams — providing architecture guidance, mentoring engineers, and partnering with Product
• Champion best practices in security, CI/CD, testing, and operational excellence
• Collaborate across Product, DevOps, QA, and Architecture to deliver high-impact features

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• 6+ years of professional experience in C#/.NET and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong track record building large-scale React applications
• Hands-on experience designing AWS-based microservices that are secure and highly available
• Proven experience leading technical initiatives or acting as a Tech Lead
• Expertise in building reliable, high-performance APIs
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a distributed Agile environment
