**Remote Commercial P&C Independent Agency Environment**

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Insurance Producer who knows how to prospect, build relationships, close business, and is genuinely excited about how AI and modern technology are changing insurance sales.

This is not a traditional, old-school insurance sales environment. We are looking for a producer who embraces technology, thinks creatively, and wants to use new tools to become more efficient and productive.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license
• Commercial insurance sales/production experience
• Experience working within an independent or non-captive insurance environment required
• Proven ability to generate new commercial business
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Strong closing and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Genuine interest in AI and how it can improve prospecting, sales, follow-up, and client service
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
