About This Role
We are looking for an Executive Assistant with 7+ years of experience to serve as the right hand to our CEO, we are a fast-growing AI edtech startup transforming K–12 education. You’ll be a force multiplier owning the CEO’s time, schedule, and logistics so he can focus on building the future of learning. The ideal candidate thrives in unstructured, high-change environments and has supported founders or senior investors at startups or VC firms. You’re resourceful, tech-savvy, and don’t need hand-holding, you anticipate needs, communicate as a proxy for the CEO, and find creative ways to make more time in the day.
What will you be doing?
- Own and strategically manage the CEO’s complex calendar — prioritizing ruthlessly, saying no when needed, and sequencing meetings to align with company goals
- Act as a proxy for the CEO in communications with investors, board members, partners, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate all travel logistics including flights, car services, and troubleshooting last-minute changes (e.g., canceled flights, rescheduled customer meetings)
