Job Description
Hungry Jacks - Restaurant Manager Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a fulltime role. You will play a key role in all restaurant operations. With a commitment to best practice, you will lead the continuous development of your crew members, whilst maximising the growth and profitability of your business.
BRAND NEW STORE! About The Role The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the safe, effective, and efficient operation of the restaurant. They will be Guest obsessed, providing outstanding quality, service, and cleanliness to our guests, through their people.
Duties
- Conduct structured training for crew members
- Deliver individual coaching & mentoring sessions
- Develop shift plans
- Drive sales & profitability
- Monitor production controls
- Complete business reporting for sales, service & safety
- Maintain profitability by closely monitoring costs
- Manage all shift safety & hygiene requirements
Skills & Experience
- Retail or Hospitality leadership experience
- Experience delivering exceptional customer service
- Exceptional organisational & time management skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
- Proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
Management Training Plan If successful – you will undertake a 12-week training program to ensure you are set up for success and ready to immerse yourself into our brand and business.
- Week 1 to 6 – Crew Station Training
- Week 7 to 11 – Leadership/Management Training
- Week 12 – Certification
