Metaview is the Agentic Recruiting Platform. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with radically more speed and precision. We automate the toil, and augment the human for more than 7,000 companies, including Deel, Affirm, Navan and Replit.

Founded by Siadhal and Shahriar after their experiences scaling Uber and Palantir, we’ve raised $110m from top-tier investors. Most recently, Insight Partners led our Series C, just a year after our Series B led by GV. We’re growing the team from 80 to 250 people by the end of next year, across London, San Francisco and New York, and our story has been covered in Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Times.

The role

Siadhal’s time is a valuable resource at Metaview, and this role protects it. You’ll sit next to him in our Shoreditch office and remove the friction and clutter around him, so he can perform at his best and focus his attention on the most important things.

You’ll be part of the Office of the CEO, working directly with Siadhal (CEO) and Raza (Chief of Staff) as we scale from 80 to 250 people.

Key ownership areas:

• Own Siadhal’s time: design his week around the company’s priorities and coordinate across customers, investors, the board and US time zones without anything slipping.
• Be his trusted proxy on email correspondence with customers, investors and candidates.
• Organise founder projects end to end: talks and podcasts, dinners, events and offsites.
• Run our London office to the standard of our Hospitality principle.
• Engineer the admin away with AI, and catch what’s falling through the cracks before anyone asks.

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience, including supporting a founder or C-level executive at a high-growth company, with outcomes you personally owned.
• A record of being the best at everything you’ve done.
• Highly strategic, with a view on where Siadhal’s time should go and the judgement to know what needs him.
• Locked in and high throughput. You make things happen at a rate that surprises people.
• Obsessive about detail, and discreet with sensitive information.
• Clear thinking and AI built into how you work every day.
• Ability to work in person in our London office, with flexibility for US time zones.
