- Hands-on 5+ years of experience with UiPath IXP, UiPath Document Understanding.
- Exposure to UiPath Automation Cloud, Action Center, Orchestrator, AI Center, or integration with downstream automation workflows.
- Strong understanding of document extraction, classification, OCR, validation workflows, and human-in-the-loop review processes.
- Experience in requirements analysis, field mapping, taxonomy definition, and extraction schema design.
- Prompt engineering skills for defining clear extraction instructions and improving generative extraction outcomes.
- Ability to analyze business documents and define training, validation, and testing datasets for model improvement.
- Knowledge of model evaluation metrics, confidence thresholds, exception handling, and continuous improvement practices.
- Good understanding of agile delivery practices, sprint execution, backlog grooming, and iterative solution development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
