Quality Engineer - Production Software Quality
Location: Bengaluru, India
Experience: 3-5 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Quality Engineer to drive quality excellence across both production/manufacturing processes and software engineering activities. The role will focus on quality assurance, process compliance, continuous improvement, problem-solving, and competency development to ensure high-quality product and software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive quality initiatives across production and software development projects.
- Monitor and improve quality KPIs, customer satisfaction, and process performance.
- Conduct audits, assessments, and process compliance reviews.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support ASPICE, quality standards, and organizational process improvements.
- Analyze defects, customer complaints, field issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive competency development, quality awareness, and best-practice adoption.
- Contribute to business excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
