Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager

Job Summary:

We’re a 105-year-old, family-owned & operated company with a long-standing reputation for quality, integrity, & service. We are looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator/Project Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Estimate commercial HVAC projects from plans, specifications, & bid documents.
• Perform material and labor takeoffs & obtain vendor/subcontractor pricing.
• Manage projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
• Coordinate with customers, general contractors, vendors, subcontractors, & field personnel.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, change orders, & billing.
• Identify & resolve project issues while maintaining schedule & profitability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating/project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems & construction practices.
• Ability to read mechanical plans & specifications.
• Strong organizational, communication, & problem-solving skills.
• Experience with estimating & construction management software preferred.
• HVAC field experience is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
