Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Flutter Developer role based in New Delhi. The Flutter Developer will design, build, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and an exceptional user experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions, integrating APIs and back-end services, and participating in code reviews. The role also involves troubleshooting and fixing bugs, optimizing existing features, writing clean and testable code, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Programming, with experience in Flutter, Dart, and modern development workflows.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Back-End Web Development and integration with RESTful APIs or other web services.
• Candidates should possess strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills and an understanding of design patterns and code modularity.
• Experience building and deploying mobile applications (Android and/or iOS) using Flutter or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices.
• Ability to write maintainable, well-documented, and testable code; experience with unit and integration testing is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
