What you’ll do

• Create realistic prompts for business strategy and consulting problems
• Evaluate AI-generated analyses using structured consulting frameworks, judging reasoning quality and identifying gaps
• Write high-quality model answers for complex business analysis tasks
• Give clear, consistent feedback on response quality while following changing project guidelines

Who this is for

• At least one year at a leading management consulting firm or similar organization, including some experience from the past seven years
• An undergraduate degree from a top-ranked university
• Excellent written English, strong structured problem-solving and business analysis skills, and the ability to explain complex judgments clearly
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
