Key Responsibilities
- Essential
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational tasks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, able to adjust communication styles to suit the audience.
- Familiarity with AI concepts and responsible AI principles such as fairness, explainability, and privacy.
- Experience using collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power BI, Workday, Teams).
- Comfortable working with data and reporting tools to track progress and surface insights.
- Familiarity with machine learning lifecycle management (MLOps) and frameworks.
- In addition, the following is desirable
- Experience supporting AI Strategy development and adoption.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience building and deploying AI models in production.
- Exposure to Responsible AI frameworks or governance processes (e.g., AI Assurance, consequence scanning methodology).
- Experience in a regulated industry such as banking or insurance.
- Understanding of change enablement and experience in cloud environments.
- Experience building or maintaining data pipelines.
