Role & responsibilities

• Develop competitive advantage frameworks by integrating AI-driven insights and innovations.
• Navigate regulatory landscapes related to AI governance, data privacy, and compliance.
• Partner with M&A teams to assess the technological viability and AI integration potential of acquisition targets.
• Guide investment strategies focused on AI technologies and ecosystem startups.
• Act as a thought leader and spokesperson for the companys AI capabilities at industry events and forums.
• Foster an innovation culture that encourages experimentation, learning, and rapid iteration in AI initiatives.
• Identify and integrate emerging AI models and technologies to maintain industry leadership.
• Build and manage strategic global partnerships to enhance AI ecosystem capabilities.
• Drive initiatives that maximize stakeholder value through AI-enabled business transformation.
• Promote organizational learning by developing AI skills, capabilities, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Lead strategic alliances with technology vendors, academia, and research institutions.
• Innovate business models by introducing AI-driven products and services that unlock new revenue streams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (10+ years) in AI strategy, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, and multi-cloud AI deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive and board-level stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of AI regulatory issues and industry standards.
• Track record of leading large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with M&A technology due diligence and investment strategy is a plus.
• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; advanced degree a plus.
