CPM Construction Planning and Management is hiring a Project Manager in Indianapolis. We’re a family-owned general contractor and construction manager. We’ve been building since 1980, we’re now in our second generation, and we’re growing into larger commercial and multifamily work. That means our next PMs get real ownership early and work directly with company leadership, not three layers removed.

Recent work includes Junction at Fall Creek ($50M, 200 units), McCord Square Apartments, and the Tru Hotel Indianapolis. Our promise to clients: We’ll Handle It.

What you’ll do

• Own the budget, schedule, and subcontractor buyout on your projects

• Lead RFIs, submittals, change orders, and communication with owners and architects

• Manage pay applications, forecasting, and closeout

• Work with a dedicated superintendent and project engineer

What we’re looking for

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field

• About 2–5 years as an APM, project engineer, or PM on commercial projects

• Ready for the next step: running your own job

• Procore and Bluebeam experience is a plus
