Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI models utilizing frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other machine learning tools.
• Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques to enhance language understanding and generation capabilities within applications.
• Conduct statistical analysis and modeling to support research initiatives and improve predictive accuracy.
• Manage large-scale data pipelines using ETL processes, Hadoop, Spark, Talend, and SQL databases to ensure high-quality data for model training and analysis.
• Optimize AI models for scalability and efficiency across cloud platforms including AWS and machine learning cloud services.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to develop innovative solutions using big data systems, database design, and data mining techniques.
• Evaluate model performance through rigorous testing, model evaluation metrics, and statistical analysis tools to ensure robustness before deployment.
• Deploy AI models into production environments with a focus on model deployment strategies that support continuous improvement and real-time analytics.
• Utilize generative AI techniques for content creation, data augmentation, or simulation purposes as needed for project objectives.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends in quantum engineering, machine learning frameworks, and analytics to incorporate best practices into ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing AI models with expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, C, Bash (Unix shell), VBA or similar languages commonly used in AI development.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI services on AWS or similar platforms for model training and deployment.
• Deep understanding of statistical modeling techniques and statistical analysis tools for research purposes.
• Proficiency in SQL databases, big data systems like Hadoop or Spark implementation for large-scale data processing.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), predictive modeling analysis, and generative AI applications.
• Experience working with ETL tools such as Talend or Looker for data integration and analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with database design principles, data mining methods, and linked data concepts to enhance data connectivity.
• Ability to work effectively on big data projects involving scalable architectures like Hadoop or Spark implementation.
• Strong analytical skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $89,500.00 - $200,000.00 per year
