UI/UX Frontend Developer

The Role

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to create intuitive digital experiences.
• Create and maintain style guides, pattern libraries, and reusable design artifacts for consistency.
• Conduct user research, collect feedback, and refine designs based on insights.
• Ensure designs and front-end implementations meet 508 accessibility regulations and client design standards.
• Build responsive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks like JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI components with API capabilities.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
• Expertise in prototyping tools such such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Strong proficiency with React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Comprehensive understanding of web accessibility standards, 508 compliance, and responsive design.
• Ability to create and maintain scalable and reusable design system components.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
