WordPress Developer (Website Development, Optimization & Platform Management) Position Overview The WordPress Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s WordPress website and related web platforms.

This role ensures the website is functional, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational goals, while supporting content, marketing, and program initiatives.

Operating at the intersection of web development, user experience, and platform performance , this role is critical to maintaining a strong digital presence and ensuring the website effectively supports engagement and growth.

• Website Security & Stability

• Implement and maintain security best practices
• Monitor for vulnerabilities and risks

• Content & CMS Support

• Support content updates and page creation
• Ensure proper formatting and structure

• Enable non-technical users to manage content

• UX/UI Implementation
