Virtual Healthcare Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)

Role Overview: This position involves providing virtual primary care to patients through telehealth modalities, including phone calls, video visits, and email follow-ups. The role emphasizes delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care with a team-based approach, collaborating with virtual and in-office colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting tele-health visits and triage calls to assess and treat patients.
• Participating in weekly clinical rounds and ongoing learning activities.
• Collaborating daily with team members via huddles to ensure seamless patient care.
• Utilizing clinical training to provide exceptional virtual healthcare services.

Qualifications & Skills

• Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant or FNP program with active certification.
• At least 2 years of outpatient primary care or urgent/emergency care experience with diverse patient populations.
• Current licensure in CA with ability to obtain additional state licenses.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and technological skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and specific hours (6am-12am PST).
• Passion for human-centered primary care and teamwork.
• Ability to adapt to uncertain situations and diverse patient needs.
