About the Opportunity:

The IOS SOFTWARE ENGINEER role is designed to build and evolve mobile applications that underpin insurance and financial services. This position contributes to the development of AI-assisted features that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. The role supports the organization’s objective of delivering stable, reliable, and user-friendly mobile solutions, with an emphasis on improving performance and leveraging user data to refine the product.

Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy iOS features using Swift.
• Develop clear mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
• Integrate backend APIs ensuring stable and reliable mobile workflows.
• Enhance performance metrics including crash rate, loading times, responsiveness, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
• Utilize analytics and user behavior data to improve the product.
• Implement AI-assisted mobile experiences where they meaningfully improve the user journey.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of iOS development experience using SwiftUI.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) is required.
• Strong knowledge of iOS fundamentals and experience delivering production applications.
• Proficiency with SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architecture patterns.
• Solid understanding of mobile UX, usability, edge cases, and user flows.
• Experience with REST API integration and production debugging.
• Ability to work quickly with high ownership and attention to product quality.
• Providing app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or examples of shipped work is advantageous.
• Familiarity with technologies including Android Jetpack, Async/Await, Compose, Coroutines, Flow, GitHub, Java, Kotlin, machine learning frameworks, NoSQL, RESTful APIs, SQL, SwiftUI, TensorFlow Lite, UIKit, UX, ViewModel, and XML.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• USD 120000 - USD 175000 yearly
