Job Description

Our team is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Executive/Personal Assistant to support a high-profile Principal within a boutique family office/consulting environment in Midtown Manhattan.

This is a highly personalized EA/PA role for someone who thrives in a high-touch, relationship-driven environment and enjoys being a true extension of their Principal. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly intuitive, exceptionally detail-oriented, and able to bring structure to a dynamic, fluid schedule.

This Principal has a creative, free-flowing working style and is looking for someone who genuinely enjoys building a strong relationship with their executive. Daily touchpoints and open communication are important; this is not a transactional EA relationship.

Location: Midtown Manhattan

Schedule: 5 days onsite, generally 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Compensation: $145K–$155K base DOE + discretionary bonus

The Role:

  • Manage a complex professional and personal calendar, including frequent changes and competing priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel for the principal and family
  • Manage personal appointments, wellness, medical needs, reservations, and other lifestyle logistics
  • Support philanthropic initiatives, coaching clients, speaking engagements, and professional commitments
  • Anticipate needs and proactively follow through on details without waiting for direction
  • Serve as a true “second brain,” capturing ideas and ensuring open loops are closed
  • Coordinate vendors, property managers, contractors, household needs, and occasional apartment-related projects
  • Provide light office management for a small, close-knit team, including supplies and office hospitality
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and special initiatives, including events, publications, and other professional/personal projects

Ideal Background:

  • Senior-level EA experience supporting a C-suite executive, Principal, UHNW individual, or family office
  • Strong calendar, travel, personal support, and project coordination experience
  • Excellent judgment and discretion
  • Financial/expense tracking experience
  • Experience coordinating vendors, properties, or household logistics is a plus
