Role Description We are expanding our team at Gensation and looking for a versatile Content Writer who doesn’t just write words, but shapes narratives, brainstorms bold ideas, and brings stories to life across written and video formats.

If you have a sharp eye for storytelling, love digging into data through narrative analysis, and know how to script engaging video bytes, this role is for you.

What you will do:

Drive content ideation campaigns that align with brand goals and audience interests.

Conduct narrative analysis to track industry trends and refine our brand positioning.

Craft compelling scripts for short-form video bytes, alongside long-form articles, web copy, and engaging social messaging.

Translate complex messaging into clear, persuasive narratives across multiple channels.

What we are looking for:

Preferably experience in content writing, copywriting, or multimedia content creation

Strong strategic mindset with a knack for ideation and narrative analysis.

Ability to write punchy, engaging scripts for video formats.

Exceptional command over grammar, tone, and editorial flow.

Qualifications

• Strong Writing skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and audience-focused copy.
• Experience with Content Strategy, including planning topics, structuring information, and aligning content with organizational goals.
• Solid Research skills to gather accurate information from credible sources and translate findings into accessible content.
• Proficiency in Proofreading to ensure error-free, consistent, and polished content across platforms.
• Excellent command of English; knowledge of Hindi or local languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
