Position: Executive & Operations Assistant

Location: Manhattan, New York City

Salary: $75,000 to $90,000 (depending on experience)

Quantum is growing its U.S. business, and we’re looking for a highly organized, resourceful Executive & Operations Assistant to join our New York team.

Working closely with the Head of U.S. Business, you’ll support executive priorities, office operations, recruiting and onboarding, team events and special projects-all while helping keep our growing business running smoothly.

• Experience in executive support, operations, or office management

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail

• A proactive, resourceful and solutions-focused mindset

• Strong communication skills

• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office proficiency
