About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Freelance WordPress Developer to help us design, develop, customize, and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performing WordPress websites.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Elementor, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript/PHP, with the ability to convert designs and requirements into clean, functional websites.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize WordPress websites based on project requirements.
• Build responsive websites that work smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Design and customize pages using Elementor and WordPress themes.
• Develop and customize WooCommerce stores and product pages.
• Customize WordPress themes, plugins, layouts, headers, footers, and other website elements.
• Implement website features, forms, integrations, and third-party tools.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.
• Troubleshoot and fix WordPress, plugin, theme, and layout issues.
• Perform website updates, maintenance, backups, and security-related tasks.
• Ensure websites follow modern UI/UX and web development best practices.
• Work closely with the team to understand requirements and deliver projects on time.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of WordPress
• Good experience with Elementor / Elementor Pro
• Experience with WooCommerce
• Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and PHP
• Experience with WordPress themes and plugins
• Responsive web design knowledge
• Website speed and performance optimization
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly website structure
• Ability to troubleshoot WordPress issues independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kadence, Astra, or similar WordPress themes
• Experience integrating payment gateways
• Knowledge of domain, hosting, SSL, DNS, and cPanel/hPanel
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
• Basic knowledge of website security and backups
• Understanding of modern UI/UX design principles

Compensation
