Outside Sales Representative — AI Software for Service Businesses

Dispatchly helps service businesses answer calls, book jobs and manage their front office with AI. We’re building a Long Island sales team to introduce Dispatchly to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning and other local service businesses.

We’re looking for experienced salespeople who can create opportunities, demonstrate value and turn conversations into paying customers. This is a full-cycle field-sales role, from finding prospects through closing subscriptions.

What you’ll do

• Visit local business owners throughout Nassau and Suffolk counties to identify prospects and win new customers.
• Learn how each business handles calls, bookings and customer follow-up.
• Demonstrate Dispatchly’s AI Receptionist, AI Assistant and relevant front-office features.
• Build your pipeline through business visits, local networking and referrals, with phone and email follow-up supporting your field sales.
• Handle objections, follow up on trials and close paid subscriptions.
• Keep accurate CRM records and coordinate the onboarding handoff.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience prospecting and closing B2B sales.
• Comfortable approaching business owners and running product demonstrations.
• Strong follow-through and the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Existing relationships with Long Island service businesses are a plus.
• Experience selling software, merchant services, payroll, advertising or services to contractors is helpful.
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned Long Island territory.

Proposed compensation

• 100% commission; no base salary or guaranteed earnings.
• Earn 100% of the first full paid month’s eligible subscription fee for each qualifying self-sourced customer.
• Earn 20% of eligible collected subscription fees for months 2–12.
• No commission cap. Earnings depend on paid sales and customer retention.
• Eligibility, attribution, payment timing and treatment of refunds and termination will be defined in a written commission agreement.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
