Role Summary

As the VP of Global AI , you will serve as the chief architect of our enterprise-wide AI roadmap and client-facing AI consulting strategy. You will lead the cross-functional deployment of generative AI, predictive analytics, and machine learning models to drive operational efficiency and create new revenue streams. Balancing deep technical expertise with executive-level business acumen, you will scale our global AI capabilities, govern ethical AI practices, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients.

Key Responsibilities

🎯 AI Strategy & Vision

• Define, execute, and continuously evolve the Global AI strategy aligned with the firm’s long-term growth and consulting portfolio.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to monetize AI capabilities and integrate AI workflows into core client delivery models.
• Anticipate market shifts and technological advancements (e.g., GenAI, LLMs, Computer Vision) to maintain our competitive edge.

👥 Team Leadership & Scaling

• Recruit, mentor, and scale an elite, cross-functional global AI team , including data scientists, ML engineers, product managers, and solution architects.
• Foster an agile, high-performance, and collaborative culture across distributed global teams.

🛠️ AI Delivery & Operations

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI initiatives, from conceptualization and proof-of-concept (PoC) to enterprise-scale production.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data infrastructure teams to build scalable, secure, and robust MLOps pipelines.
• Manage the global AI budget, resource allocation, and ROI tracking for all AI investments.

🤝 Client & Executive Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary executive sponsor and subject matter expert (SME) for enterprise clients embarking on AI transformations.
• Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business outcomes for non-technical stakeholders and executive boards.

⚖️ Governance & Responsible AI

• Establish rigorous standards for AI ethics, data privacy, bias mitigation, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, and emerging AI frameworks).
• Mitigate algorithmic risks and secure intellectual property related to developed AI frameworks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 🎓 Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. An MBA combined with a technical background is highly preferred.
• 📈 Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in Data Science, AI/ML, or Advanced Analytics, with at least 5+ years in a senior executive leadership role (VP, Director, or Head of AI) managing global teams.
• ⚙️ Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Deep Learning, MLOps frameworks, Cloud Data Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and enterprise data architecture.
• 💼 Consulting Acumen: Prior experience in top-tier management consulting or professional services scaling technical practices is a major plus.
• 🗣️ Communication: Exceptional communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of influencing executive boards.
• 🏡 Remote Excellence: Proven ability to lead, engage, and align highly technical, distributed teams across multiple time zones in a fully remote environment.
