The Work As a senior Enterprise AI Value Strategist, you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

This executive will serve as a trusted advisor to C suite and operations leaders, helping clients plan, design, build, and ramp next generation manufacturing facilities using the power of AI. The role sits at the intersection of manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, and is responsible for shaping, selling, and delivering large scale greenfield programs and brownfield optimization programs. The Senior Manager will assess growth, build client relationships, drive origination and own end to end delivery while building Accenture’s differentiated manufacturing capability.

Key Responsibilities Data and AI -Led Reinvention for Life Sciences Manufacturing

• Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

Client Leadership & Growth

• Serve as a trusted advisor to C suite, operations, and engineering leaders, guiding AI transformation projects for Manufacturing from concept design through commissioning.
• Build and expand executive relationships across priority manufacturing accounts, driving sustained growth and value realization.

Manufacturing Program Leadership

• Lead end to end manufacturing programs that integrate engineering, supply chain, digital manufacturing, automation and sustainability in a single transformation vision. .
