Duties

• Develop and execute innovative web designs that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand standards using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
• Create engaging graphic content including logos, layouts, typography, and visual assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces (UI) with a focus on usability, accessibility, and responsive web design principles utilizing tools such as Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq.
• Implement front-end development tasks by writing clean HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, React or Angular code to bring designs to life across various platforms.
• Optimize websites for SEO performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to analyze user behavior and improve engagement metrics.
• Maintain existing websites through regular updates, troubleshooting issues with content management systems like WordPress or Drupal while ensuring web accessibility standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, developers, and user researchers to refine design strategies based on data analysis and user feedback.
• Produce motion graphics and animations using Adobe After Effects or Adobe Animate to enhance visual storytelling across digital channels.
• Conduct usability testing and user research to inform design decisions that improve overall user experience (UX) and information architecture.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital design combined with strong skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Solid understanding of web design principles including responsive web design (RWD), UI/UX best practices, wireframing, layout design, typography, and web accessibility standards.
• Proficiency in front-end development languages such as HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/SASS), JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular; familiarity with back-end technologies like PHP or Node.js is a plus.
• Experience working with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or Drupal; knowledge of website maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools including Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics to interpret web traffic data effectively.
• Strong skills in interaction design and motion graphics to create engaging visual effects that enhance user engagement.
• Ability to use prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD or InVision for designing interactive mockups; experience with wireframing software like Balsamiq is advantageous.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git for collaborative development; experience with Bootstrap or Telerik frameworks is beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills combined with the ability to work independently or within a team environment on multiple projects simultaneously.
