🚀 Hiring: Senior GenAI Engineer – Python / Agentic AI / MCP

We’re hiring a highly technical Senior GenAI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Generative AI, Multi-Agentic AI, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) to build and support enterprise AI solutions.

🔹 Role: Senior GenAI Engineer

📍 Location: Buffalo, NY – Hybrid

📅 Duration: 12+ Months (Long-Term)

Required Skills

✅ Strong hands-on Python development experience in enterprise applications

✅ Hands-on experience building GenAI and Agentic AI solutions

✅ Strong experience developing Multi-Agent Systems and Agent Workflows

✅ Strong hands-on experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol)

✅ Experience with LangChain, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel , or similar AI frameworks

✅ Strong understanding of RAG, Vector Databases, and Prompt Engineering

✅ Experience with AI workflow orchestration

✅ Experience developing and integrating REST APIs

✅ Strong understanding of enterprise application development

✅ Exposure to Cloud, DevOps, and Agile environments

⭐ Experience with AI Guardrails and Observability is a plus

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔️ Design and develop enterprise GenAI and Agentic AI solutions

✔️ Build and integrate multi-agent workflows and AI applications

✔️ Develop solutions using MCP and agent frameworks

✔️ Implement RAG, vector search, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration

✔️ Develop scalable Python-based enterprise applications and REST APIs

✔️ Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and services

✔️ Apply appropriate AI guardrails, monitoring, and observability

✔️ Collaborate with engineering and business teams in an Agile environment
