About the Role: We are seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications from front to back. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features that enhance user experience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong command of both client-side and server-side technologies, with a proven track record of building robust, maintainable, and efficient codebases. You will play a key role in architectural decisions, performance optimization, and continuous integration/deployment processes, contributing to the overall success of our digital products. This position requires a candidate who has been in a company environment for at least 3 years, ensuring they bring stability and proven experience to our team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks, specifically React.
• Develop and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python or Node.js.
• Manage database schemas and optimize queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code with comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and best practices.
• Work effectively within a company environment, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and performance optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; equivalent practical experience considered.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a company environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Adaptability to changing requirements and collaborative teamwork.
• Proven experience with both frontend (React) and backend (Python or Node.js) technologies.
