Role Overview

Lead the design, development, delivery, and enhancement of secure, scalable, and user-focused software solutions. Responsible for developing high-quality applications, maintaining production systems, and ensuring performance, reliability, and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions using Python and Django.
• Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, secure, and well-tested code.
• Support, maintain, and improve live applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams.
• Lead development activities across multiple projects.
• Drive continuous improvement of applications and development practices.
• Integrate systems and services across complex environments.
• Review technical designs, architecture, and technology decisions.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application and system issues.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django.
• Expertise in software architecture and end-to-end system design.
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience delivering solutions in secure, complex, or highly controlled environments.
• Minimum 5+ years of software development experience (8–10 years preferred).
