Experienced Framer / Finish Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced framer with advanced trim and finish-carpentry skills to join our installation team. The ideal candidate takes pride in precise, high-quality work and has experience working high end homes.

Responsibilities

• Frame and modify openings for doors and windows
• Install interior and exterior doors and windows
• Complete high-quality trim and finish-carpentry work
• Install jamb extensions, casing, baseboards and related finishes
• Read measurements, plans and installation specifications
• Identify and correct openings that are out of square, level or plumb
• Complete repairs and modifications with minimal impact to surrounding finishes
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional jobsite
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients and other trades

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional framing and carpentry experience preferred
• Advanced trim and finish-carpentry skills
• Door and window installation experience strongly preferred
• Ability to produce clean, precise work suitable for luxury homes
• Strong knowledge of framing, shimming, fastening and waterproofing practices
• Ability to safely operate standard carpentry tools
• Clean Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to work (company vehicle provided)
• Professional appearance and strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift and handle heavy doors, windows and construction materials

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a dependable, experienced carpenter who can perform both structural framing and top-level finish work.

Full-time position. Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
