The Role

We are searching for a highly analytical User Acquisition Manager (Middle/Senior) to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategies and scale our mobile apps globally. Reporting to the Head of Growth and collaborating closely with the Marketing Art team, you will drive profitable user acquisition across major ad networks.

We aren’t just looking for a media buyer; we want a holistic growth marketer who looks beyond the install. You will own the entire user journey—from the very first ad click through to onboarding, paywalls, and long-term subscription retention.

What You Will Do

• Scale with Impact: Lead, execute, and profitably scale mobile user acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid channels.
• Own the Full Funnel: Manage and optimize the complete acquisition journey, including ad creatives, messaging, landing pages, onboarding flows, trial conversions, and paywalls.
• Experiment relentlessly: Design structured experimentation frameworks to continuously test new audiences, markets, and creative approaches.
• Analyze to Win: Dive deep into data using tools like GA4, Firebase, or Adjust to analyze user journeys, cohorts, and performance bottlenecks.
• Drive Profitability: Continuously improve core metrics including CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, and marketing payback periods.
• Collaborate: Bridge the gap between marketing and product by working cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Engineering, and Analytics teams.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app user acquisition, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
• Product Native: Proven background working directly in a mobile-first product company or mobile app studio.
• Subscription Expertise: Deep understanding of subscription-based mobile app products and experience optimizing trial-to-paid conversion funnels.
• Platform Mastery: Extensive, direct experience managing and scaling paid media budgets on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Strong numerical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on retention and LTV, rather than just basic clicks or installs.
• Communication: Perfect English proficiency to clearly present strategies, performance results, and data-backed recommendations.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with web-to-app funnels and international market expansion.
• Advanced knowledge of SKAdNetwork, mobile privacy changes, and attribution limitations.
• Familiarity with BigQuery, Looker, or similar data visualization tools.
