A leading high-growth technology company in Orange County is seeking a high-touch, strategic Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives as a trusted partner, anticipates needs, and brings exceptional judgment, discretion, and attention to detail.
In this role, you will strategically manage executive calendars, priorities, travel, and logistics while partnering with the leadership team to coordinate planning, leadership reviews, and key initiatives. You will prepare executive briefings, meeting materials, and communications; coordinate offsites, events, and cross-functional projects; and drive follow-through across high-priority workstreams. You will build trusted relationships across Finance, Legal, Operations, Product, Technology, and People teams while bringing structure, context, and proactive problem-solving to evolving business needs.
