Creative Bits is looking for a hands-on team member to build workflow automations, integrate AI into business processes, implement CRM solutions, and connect business systems. At Creative Bits, we help businesses improve how they manage projects, customers, and day-to-day operations through monday.com implementations, CRM solutions, workflow automation, and practical AI applications.

Our multi-geo team works with clients across industries. We have completed 30+ system integrations and hundreds of automations, and we intend to keep building on that experience. We’re looking for like-minded people who enjoy making systems work together, take ownership of their work, and always keep their learning hat on.

Responsibilities

• Configure monday.com solutions: Build boards, workspaces, dashboards, forms, permissions, and automations that support client processes.
• Implement CRM workflows: Set up lead management, sales pipelines, customer onboarding, follow-ups, and reporting using monday CRM and other CRM platforms.
• Build integrations and automations: Use n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks to connect applications and reduce manual work.
• Integrate AI into workflows: Use AI models and APIs for tasks such as document processing, information extraction, classification, content generation, and customer support, with human review where needed.
• Write code when needed: Develop custom logic, scripts, components, and supporting functionality using JavaScript, Python, and React where the solution requires it.
• Understand business requirements: Work with colleagues and clients to map processes and identify practical opportunities for automation and AI.
• Support data migration: Clean, map, import, and validate data from spreadsheets and existing systems.
• Test and troubleshoot: Validate workflows and AI outputs, implement error handling and monitoring, and resolve integration or automation failures.
• Document and support adoption: Maintain clear technical documentation and user guides, and assist with training and handover.
• Collaborate on delivery: Participate in reviews, share knowledge, communicate progress, and deliver assigned work reliably.
• Learn new technologies: Explore unfamiliar tools, AI capabilities, and frameworks when projects require them, and apply what you learn to real client needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with monday.com, including boards, dashboards, automations, and integrations.
• Practical experience with at least one of n8n, Make, or Zapier, and willingness to learn the others.
• Working knowledge of AI tools and model APIs, such as OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini, including writing prompts, handling structured outputs, and connecting AI steps to workflows.
• Understanding of CRM processes, including lead capture, pipeline management, follow-ups, and customer onboarding.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication, and data mapping.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Python, with the ability to read, adapt, write, and troubleshoot code that supports integrations and automations.
• Familiarity with data migration, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues.
• An open mind and a commitment to continuous learning—you should be comfortable researching unfamiliar technology, asking thoughtful questions, and trying new approaches.
• A collaborative attitude and ownership of your assigned work.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HubSpot, GHL, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms.
• Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or solutions that retrieve answers from business documents.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL, Git, and application deployment.
• Relevant monday.com, automation-platform, or AI certifications.
