We’re hiring: Brand Designer (B2B, Premium Visuals & Motion) at Metarise,

Remote, Full-Time

Metarise is a Canada-based performance marketing agency. We help service-based businesses like HVAC, landscaping, home services and real estate get consistent leads through Meta Ads and automated lead generation systems. We want our brand to look as premium as the results we deliver.

What you’ll do

• Build Metarise’s premium B2B brand across Instagram and LinkedIn
• Design high-end posts and carousels that speak to service business owners: lead generation tips, ad breakdowns, case studies, and what’s working right now
• Create motion graphic videos and reels that explain marketing simply
• Edit founder videos
• Research top B2B agencies and the service industry, and turn insights into content

You’re a fit if

• You understand B2B content, or are eager to learn it fast
• You have a strong eye for premium, minimal, modern design
• You’re skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Your portfolio shows brand work, not just random posts
• You take ownership of quality without being chased
